Broadening Horizons & Closing Equity Gaps

Enterprise Mobility is helping advance social equity in the communities where we operate. The initiative, called ROAD Forward and originally announced in 2020, has already helped empower over 1,000 local organizations in more than 400 communities. 

At the heart of ROAD Forward are the values that have been part of Enterprise Mobility since its founding — to strengthen our communities, one neighborhood at a time. But now, more than ever, we feel a sense of urgency to ensure a thriving community and wealth of opportunities are available to everyone.

The initiative aims to focus on Respect, Opportunity, Achievement and Diversity (ROAD) by addressing social equity gaps in three areas — early childhood development, youth health & wellness and career & college preparation. Because when we deepen respect, we expand opportunity. When we expand opportunity, we enable achievement. And when we enable achievement, we unleash the power of diversity in our neighborhoods and workplaces.
