Our Approach to Supplier Diversity

Enterprise Mobility aims to increase in the number of minority-owned, woman-owned and other socially or economically disadvantaged small businesses that work to supply goods and services for our business.

It does so by providing assistance and a host of tools to help those with buying responsibility to identify, select and do business with suppliers who can meet our requirements with regard to quality, timing, capacity and pricing.

Across operating groups, we continue to expand efforts to support, grow and develop partnerships with businesses that are Minority-Owned, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE certified), Woman-Owned, Women Business Enterprise (WBE certified), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE certified), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB certified), ACDBE certified, 8(a) certified, LGBT enterprises, Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) and HUBZone certified.

At Enterprise Mobility, we value partnerships with diverse businesses and are committed to supplier representation that fully reflects the communities we serve. These relationships not only enhance our renowned level of customer service, but also our leadership role in mobility and corporate responsibility.

See How We Work Together

Our organizational success stems from the relationships we build with one another, our partners and our customers. Explore how we work to create a safe, supportive and fulfilling environment for everyone at Enterprise Mobility.

To improve the levels at which we currently partner with diverse suppliers through objective measurements (including tracking and reporting; training, education and communication; and awards and recognition).

To employ long-term practices that are consistent with our Founding Values and our industry leadership (including a second-tier program and external outreach programs with advocacy organizations such as NMSDC, WBENC, AMAC, CVOB and NGLCC).

To effectively and appropriately adapt to various cultures and different business partners as our transportation network continues to grow worldwide (including participating with international advocacy organizations such as WEConnect International, MSDUK, CAMSC and others).
