Enterprise Mobility has been named a 2024 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award Winner With Distinction, Gallup’s top recognition for thriving workplaces. This honor is awarded only to a select few organizations globally that not only meet Gallup’s rigorous standards of excellence, but also place engagement at the center of their business strategy.
The Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world. This is the second consecutive year Enterprise Mobility has been named a GEWA winner.
Winners With Distinction are selected by Gallup’s review panel for their compelling stories of engagement and were chosen based on a combination of overall quantitative and qualitative application scores. This year, Gallup selected just 60 companies worldwide to receive the 2024 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, and just five companies secured the top recognition “with distinction.”
"To be recognized with distinction is a tremendous honor and a testament to the incredible workplace culture we strive to create here," Enterprise Mobility Chief Human Resources Officer Shelley Roither said. "Our more than 90,000-strong global team members are the heart of our organization. We aim to support every team member by fostering a culture of opportunity where people can thrive and deliver exceptional service."
The GEWA winners’ ratio of engaged employees to actively disengaged employees is 11 times higher than the global average. Worldwide, only 23% of employees are engaged — committed to their work and connected to their workplace — and just 33% of employees in the U.S. workforce are engaged. Seventy percent of employees at winning GEWA organizations are engaged.
"Congratulations to the 60 organizations that have redefined what it means to be a great place to work," Gallup Chief Executive Officer Jon Clifton said. "Your commitment to creating environments where employees are listened to, valued and positioned to use their strengths every day is what sets you apart. Thank you for setting a new global standard in what it means to be a thriving workplace."
