This year marks a significant milestone for Enterprise Mobility as it celebrates 30 years of operations in the United Kingdom, having opened its first Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch in September 1994. Since then, the business has become one of the country’s leading mobility providers.
Enterprise Mobility now operates more than 450 branches across the U.K., with a fleet of approximately 150,000 vehicles and 7,000 team members. It has become a nationally recognized and award-winning business, due to its ability to provide high-level customer service and continually adapt its offering for both businesses and consumers.
The organization is also well-known for its Management Training Program and promote-from-within culture providing team members with a great place to work.
Over the years, Enterprise Mobility has diversified its portfolio to meet the evolving needs of customers. In 2010, it launched Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, a commercial vehicle rental service tailored to businesses of all sizes. Five years later, Enterprise Car Club was introduced to bring on-demand carsharing solutions to both businesses and consumers. It has further strengthened its offerings and network through a number of strategic acquisitions, including Burnt Tree and SHB Hire.
Enterprise Mobility strives to make a meaningful difference in the communities where its team members live and work. Through reforestation and urban forestry projects, Enterprise Mobility has planted over one million trees in the U.K. Additionally, its Fill Your Tank and ROAD Forward initiatives have contributed millions to address food insecurity and promote social and racial equity.
